• Definition of project scope, targets and final products (+ 40 customers portals);
• Definition of full scale project plans and software features;

• Definition of wire-framing phase for designers and developers;
• Management of the IT and designer staff (up to 15 people);
• Creative design and art direction of all the web projects;
• Quality check and bug reporting as well as daily follow up with IT staff and customers;
• Creation and design of all the marketing supports (leaflet, websites, brand ...).
